八正散加减方治疗慢性前列腺炎的系统评价

摘　　要：系统评价八正散加减方治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。计算机检索the Cochrane Library,Pub Med,EMbase和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)和万方数据库(Wanfang database)等数据库,检索年限为建库至2016年8月,检索所有八正散治疗慢性前列腺炎的随机对照文献,并追索纳入研究的参考文献。2名评价员分别对检索出的文献进行纳入排除筛选并提取有效数据,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行数据Meta分析。本研究共纳入12个研究文献包含1086例患者。Meta分析结果表明,试验组和对照组的总有效率均提高,对中医症状分级量化和NIH-CPSI评分均有改善(P<0.05),八正散加减方与常规西药相比,在治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效较好能改善患者临床症状,且不良反应较少。但因于本系统评价所纳入文献的研究方法学和报告质量均较低,样本量不足,因此八正散加减治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效有待更严格的随机双盲对照试验进一步验证。Objective： The paper was to systematically evaluate the effectiveness of Modified Bazheng Powder on chronic prostatitis. Methods： The Cochrane Library,Pub Med,EMbase,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data by August 2016 were searched to identify all randomized control trials（ RCTS） of Modified Bazheng Powder on chronic prostatitis and also trace the references included in the RCTs. Two independent reviewers screened papers,extracted information and assessed the risk of bias. Meta-analysis was performed by Rev Man 5. 3 software. Results： Totally 12 clinical RCTs of Modified Bazheng Powder on chronic prostatitis involving 1086 participators were included into the systematic review. The current studies indicated that the total effective rate was improved and the NIH-CPSI scores and the quantitative criteria of TCM syndrome were catabatic both in two groups. While Modified Bazheng Powder had better curative effect but less adverse reaction than the only foundation treatment. Conclusion： Modified Bazheng Powder can make meaningful effect in treating chronic prostatitis. However,according to the low methodology quality and small sample size of included RCTs in this study,more randomized double-blind trials are required to validate the target outcome of Modified Bazheng Powder on chronic prostatitis.
