中医治疗经行头痛的方法及其规律的探索

摘　　要：目的:探索中医治疗经行头痛针灸临床的取穴、经脉选取、腧穴配伍和临床方药应用的规律。方法:通过在知网、万方等数据库里搜集现代文献,选取符合关于针灸治疗经行头痛的文献资料,将数据挖掘技术运用探求选穴规律。同时选取名老中医采用中药治疗经行头痛的相关文献进行探讨。结果:用使用频次在10次以上(包括10次)的腧穴进行分析,腧穴使用频次累计最多的为足少阳胆经,其次为足厥阴肝经和经外奇穴;中药治疗经行头痛以疏肝解郁、调节气血为主。结论:足少阳胆经、足厥阴肝经是治疗经行偏头痛的主要选择;依据辨证论治选用适合病人的方药是治疗经行头痛的关键。Objective： To explore the acupuncture and moxibustion acupoints,meridians,acupoints selection and clinical application of prescriptions of Chinese medicine treatment of menstrual headache. Methods： Collect modern literature in CNKI,Wan Fang database. Select the acupuncture treatment of menstrual headache literature. Use data mining technology to explore the rules of acupoints selection. At the same time select famous TCM physicians＇ related literature to explore the use of Chinese medicine for headache. Results： Using frequencymore than 10（ including 10） acupoints were analyzed. The mostcumulative frequency of the acupoints were on the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian,followed by liver meridian and extrachannel points. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of menstrual headache mainly includes dispersing liver qi stagnation and regulating qi and blood. Conclusion：The foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian and liver meridian are the main choice for treatment of migraine. On the basis of syndrome differentiation,the treatment selection of prescription for patients is the key treatment for headache.
