蓝科肤宁联合龙珠软膏治疗婴儿尿布皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蓝科肤宁生物膜联合龙珠软膏外用治疗婴儿尿布皮炎的临床疗效。方法:采用临床随机对照的方法,将符合婴儿尿布皮炎诊断标准的86例患儿,随机分成两组,治疗组46例,对照组40例。治疗组患处蓝科肤宁生物膜湿敷后外涂龙珠软膏;对照组患处氧化锌软膏外用,均2次/d。治疗2周后,观察疗效。结果:蓝科肤宁生物膜湿敷后外涂龙珠软膏组,总有效率为86.95%;氧化锌软膏外用组,总有效率57.50%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:蓝科肤宁联合龙珠软膏外用治疗婴儿尿布皮炎是安全有效治疗方法。Objective： To observe the curative effect of velvetfeeling combined with Longzhu ointment in the treatment of infantile diaper dermatitis. Methods： A total of 86 infants,who met the standard of diaper dermatitis,were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group 46 infants received velvetfeeling combined with Longzhu ointment（ 2 times / d）,while control group was treated with Zinc Oxide Ointment（ 2 times / d）. The curative effects of the two groups has observed after 2 weeks. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 86. 95%,and that of the control group was 57. 50%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups had no adverse reactions occur. Conclusion： Combination of velvetfeeling and Longzhu ointment in the treatment of infantile diaper dermatitis is a safe and effective therapy.
