摘 要:目的:通过对土鳖虫、九香虫、僵蚕三种昆虫类动物药材中总多糖含量的比较分析,建立昆虫类动物药材中总多糖含量测定方法。方法:采用脱脂后水提取,硫酸-苯酚显色,葡萄糖对照,分光光度法测定各药材样品中总多糖含量。结果:三种昆虫类动物药材各10批次样品中总多糖含量,均存在一定差异;其中僵蚕药材种"生品"与"炮制品"的含量差异较大;方法学考察结果均符合分析要求。结论:本方法可用于土鳖虫、九香虫、僵蚕药材中的总多糖含量测定,同时,为其他昆虫类药材的质量控制提供了参考。Objective: Through the comparative analysis of total polysaccharide contents in aspongopus,Steleophaga,bombyx batryticatus three kinds of insects,a method for the determination of total polysaccharide content in insects like medicinal materials was established. Methods: After degreasing,water extraction,Phenol-Sulphate colorimetry,glucose as control article,spectrophotometric method was used for determining the content of total polysaccharides in different medicinal material samples. Results:There were some differences in the contents of total polysaccharides in 10 batches of the samples of the three kinds of insect. The content of total polysaccharide in rawed bombyx batryticatus was different from that in the processed bombyx batryticatus. The results of methodological investigation was consistent with the analysis requirements. Conclusion: This method can be used to determine the content of polysaccharides in aspongopus,Steleophaga and bombyx batryticatus. The results provide the reference for the quality study of other insect species.
