摘　　要：目的探讨大数据随访健康档案平台的构造。方法通过分析临床、管理需求,从临床诊疗档案平台、随访健康数据平台、病种知识库平台、生命科学数据平台四方面探讨如何构造完整的大数据健康档案。结果建立起基于时间轴的完整的健康档案大数据平台。结论使用大数据健康档案平台,开展临床随访工作,将实现健康治疗的闭环管理,为探索疾病发生、发展、治疗、预防等全过程提供完整随访数据支撑。Objective This article aims at discussing how to build up a big data follow - up health records system. Methods By analysising clinical data and management requirements, we built up the big data follow - up health records sys- tem from four aspects ： clinical diagnosis and treatment records platform, follow - up health data platform, disease repository platform and life sciences data platform. Results We set up a complete health record platform based on timeline. Conclu- sion Using big data health records platform and commence to clinical follow - up work not only can manage the treatment of health in closed loop, but also provide a complete follow - up data for exploring the diseases occurrence, development, treat- ment and prognos.
