摘 要:通过分析黑龙江省建筑市场目前常用的保温装饰一体板保温层和装饰防护层透湿性能,指导生产厂家如何利用试验数据确保一体板的应用安全,指出相当一部分一体板透湿性能无法满足冬季围护结构顺利排湿,必须设置排湿构造或隔汽层。通过分析对比指出目前保温装饰复合板标准规定的不合理性,以及目前标准规范提供的数据中新材料蒸汽透过性能及热工性能数据的缺乏,使一些设计中应该进行的防潮冷凝验算时无法进行,呼吁研究部门及时进行基础数据的补充。The insulating decorative panel is widely used in construction field in Heilongjiang Province. The vapor permeability of the insulating decorative panel was analyzed to guide the factory to use the test data to ensure the application security. It is concluded that a plenty of panels cannot meet the requirement of successful moisture transfer through the building envelope in winter, so the structure that is able to remove the moisture or prevent the vapor permeability should be set up. The results of the analy- sis and the comparison indicate that some standard regulations of the insulating decorative composite panels are unreasonable. The current standards lack the data of the vapor permeability and the thermal performance parameter of new materials, leading to that the check calculation of moisture condensation that should be considered in some designs cannot be conducted. Therefore, we appeal to the research department to supplement the basic data in time.
