三味清热止痒洗剂治疗肛周湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三味清热止痒洗剂治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将100例肛周湿疹患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组采用三味清热止痒洗剂外擦患处治疗;对照组给予曲安奈德益康唑乳膏外涂治疗,2周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率84.0%,两组比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:三味清热止痒洗剂外擦治疗肛周湿疹有一定的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Sanwei Qingre antipruritic lotion on perianal eczema.Methods： 100 cases of patients with perianal eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Sanwei Qingre antipruritic lotion wiped externally on the affected area,while the control group was treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream wiped externally on the affected area. The curative effects were observed after 2 weeks. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%,while the total effective rate of control group was 84. 0%. Compared between two groups,the treatment group was obviously better than control group（ P〈0. 05）,the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion： Sanwei Qingre antipruritic lotion for external wiping has certain curative effect on perianal eczema.
