摘　　要：综述了近年来填充型(绝缘型和非绝缘型)导热硅橡胶的研究进展和导热性能的改善方法;指出了今后填充型导热硅橡胶的研究方向。The research progress of the filled thermal conductive silicone rubber （insulation and insula- tion） in recent years is summerized, and the improvement of the performance of thermal conductivityis intro- duced. The future trend of the filled thermal conductive silicone rubber was also discussed.
