医院图书馆发展的SWOT分析及对策研究——以河北北方学院附属第一医院为例

摘　　要：分析医院图书馆目前所处的现状,为图书馆的发展及完善提供借鉴。以河北北方学院附属第一医院为例,运用SWOT分析法分析该院图书馆发展的内外环境,阐明该院图书馆所处的优势、劣势、机会、挑战。结合SWOT分析策略,提出应采取加大投入、引进人才、创新服务、强化宣传、促进交流合作等有效措施,促进该院图书馆的顺利发展。The analysis of the current situation of the hospital library provides reference for the development and improvement of the library. By taking the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University as an example and using SWOT analysis, the internal and external development environment of the library was analyzed. And the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the library were expounded. After SWOT analysis, some effective methods were pointed out, including increasing investment, introducing talents, innovating services, strengthening publicity and promoting exchanges and cooperation.
