摘  要:利用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备了以丁酮为分散相,纳米SiO_2粒径为50~200 nm的溶胶。硅溶胶的固含量为10%~30%,含水量低至0.2 wt.%左右,利用硅烷偶联剂对纳米SiO_2进行了表面改性,实现了非醇-水体系中的纳米SiO_2的可控制备。利用红外光谱仪、扫描电镜和卡氏水分测试仪等手段对纳米SiO_2溶胶进行了测试,研究了氨水、正硅酸乙酯等因素对纳米SiO_2合成的影响。结果表明:纳米SiO_2的球形度高,粒径一致性好;经过表面改性的纳米SiO_2分散性好,有利于改善其与有机树脂的相容性。Colloidal dispersions of monodispersed nanosilica(70-150nm) were prepared by improved solgel method in MEK solution, surface of nanosilica was modified by silane coupling agent. Solid content of nanosilica gels range from 10 to 30 percent, water content was only 0.2 percent achieved the controlled synthesis of nanosilica in non alcohol-water system. The nanosilica sols were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and moisture tester, some research had been made on ammonium and TEOS concentration,results show that, nanosilica particles have very high degree of sphericity and monodispersed size. After being modified with silane coupling agent, nanosilica has a good dispersion, it may improve the compatibility with organic resins.
