摘　　要：在分析了当前地方高校创新创业教育中出现的教学理念、课程体系、师资建设、创新平台、评价机制等教育困境的基础上,从创新教育理念、优化课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、增强实践平台建设、创新个性化评价机制等方面进行了分析,研究探讨了地方高校创新创业人才培养的实施路径,具有一定的借鉴意义。Based on the analysis of the education predicament in current innovation and entrepreneurship education of local colleges and universities such as teaching idea,curriculum system,teaching staff construction,innovation platform construction and evaluation mechanism,the implementation pathes of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training in local colleges and universities are discussed fome several aspects of Innovation in the educational concepts optimizing curriculum system strengthening the construction of practical platform Strengthening the construction of teaching staff Innovation in the personalized evaluation mechanism.The conclusion of this paper has some reference value.
