煤炭城市经济转型煤电消耗量与经济和环境关系变化分析

摘　　要：探索煤炭资源型城市经济发展转型的新路子是当今诸多城市面临的课题。在以往的很长一段时间煤电消耗与经济和环境息息相关,为分析资源型城市煤电消耗与经济和环境的关系,采用最小二乘拟合的数学方法,对统计的大量数据进行科学分析。结果显示:1在保证经济增长和居民基本用电的前提下煤电的消耗量在不断的增加,但煤电消耗占整个电力消耗总量的比例在不断减小;2经济发展与电力消耗总量的关系依然密切,但煤电消耗对经济发展的影响在不断降低;3环境质量在不断提高,但环境质量受煤电消耗的影响却是在不断降低。The transformation of resource based cities and the exploration of new ways of urban development are the problems that many cities are facing today. In the past for a long period of time coal consumption is closely related to the economy and the environment,for the analysis of resource-based cities,coal consumption and the relationship between economy and environment,using the least squares fitting mathematical methods,a lot of statistical data for scientific analysis. The results of the analysis show that： 1Under the premise of ensuring the economic growth and the basic electricity consumption,the consumption of coal and electricity is increasing,but the proportion of the total electricity consumption is decreasing; 2The relationship between economic development and total power consumption is still close,but the impact of coal consumption on economic development is decreasing; 3The environmental quality is improving,but the influence of the coal consumption of the environment is continuously reduced.
