摘　　要：目的分析国内对呼吸机相关性肺炎(ventilator associated pneumonia,VAP)的预防及护理的研究现状,梳理研究的热点问题,为进一步开展预防VAP护理研究提供参考。方法应用文献计量学法回顾2015年12月31日前发表于国内11种护理科技期刊上的VAP的预防及护理研究的相关文献。结果共检出有效文献220篇,合著率高达82.27%;文献主要来源于广东等经济发达地区;医学院校及其附属医院是发文的主力军;基金论文所占比例为22.73%;研究内容主要集中在某一种护理干预对预防VAP发生的效果观察。结论近15年,我国VAP的预防及护理相关研究总体呈波动上升趋势,研究范围不断扩大,但总体重视程度有待加强,研究设计及论文质量有待提高,今后可借鉴国外已经发展较成熟的循证实践模式,逐步将循证护理实践模式运用到VAP预防及护理临床实践过程中。Objective To analyze the research status of prevention and nursing of ventilator associated pneumonia（VAP）in China,to present the hot issues of the study and provide a reference for further study on prevention of VAP nursing.Methods Reviewed references of VAP prevention and nursing research from 11 domestic nursing journals of science and technology published before December 31,2015 by using bibliometrics method.Results Totally 220 articles were included and co-author rate reached 82.27%.Literatures were mainly from Guangdong and other economically developed regions and most articles were from medical colleges and their affiliated hospitals.There were 22.73% of the papers supported by funds.The application and effect of transitional care was the observation on effects of nursing interventions on VAP prevention.Conclusions Researches of VAP prevention and nursing have shown a trend of fluctuations rise in the last 15 years,and the scope of research has expanded.But more attention should be paid on and research designs and paper qualities need to be improved.In the future,we should learn more mature pattern of evidence-based practice from foreign countries,and apply it to VAP prevention and clinical nursing practice gradually.
