腹部带蒂皮瓣修复腕部电烧伤的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探析腹部带蒂皮瓣修复腕部电烧伤的治疗效果。方法随机选取2012年4月~2016年6月我院收治的30例腕部电烧伤患者作为研究对象,分析患者的临床资料,总结30例患者创面处理方式、功能恢复程度及截肢情况。结果30例患者中,行手术治疗38例次,非手术治疗3例次,其中腹部随意皮瓣、轴型皮瓣及随意+轴型皮瓣修复26处,扩创及游离植皮6处,邻近随意皮瓣及轴型皮瓣转移修复6处。30例患者中,治愈29例,剩余剩余1例患者,出院后于当地医院选择住院治疗。随访可知,患者腕部电烧伤外形、关节活动度、肌力恢复状况良好,功能彻底或基本恢复,治疗效果满意。结论对于腕部电烧伤患者而言,一经确诊,应给予早期腹部带蒂皮瓣修复治疗,以此有效改善患者关节活动度、肌力恢复状况,降低患者截肢率,从而显著提高腕部电烧伤患者治疗效果。Objective To explore the abdomen pedicle skin flap to repair the therapeutic effect of wrist electric burn. MethodsRandomly selected from April 2012 to June 2016,our hospital of 30 cases of wrist electric burn patients as the research object,analyzed the clinical data of patients,summary of 30 patients with wound treatment,the degree of functional recovery,and amputation. Results 30 cases of patients,surgical treatment of 38 cases,non-surgical treatment in 3 times,including abdominal random flap,axial flap and the random ＋ axis flap 26,debridement and free skin graft 6,adjacent flap transfer repair with free skin flap and shaft 6. 30 cases were cured,29 cases,the rest of the remaining 1 patients,the hospital local hospital after hospital treatment choice. Follow-up,in patients with wrist electric burns shape,motion,muscle recovery in good condition,function complete or basic recovery,treatment effect is satisfactory. Conclusion： For the wrist electric burn patients,once diagnosed,should be given early abdominal pedicle flap repair,in order to effectively improve patients＇ motion,muscle recovery,decrease the rate of amputation patients,so as to improve the effect of wrist electric burn patients significantly.
