摘  要:目的采用煤焦油复制兔耳痤疮模型。方法随机将9只雄性家兔随机分为A组、B组、C组。A组耳导管开口处约2cm×2cm范围涂生理盐水,B、C组涂煤焦油,连续涂14 d后,判断模型是否成功。结果 A组兔耳薄白,B组、C组的兔耳表面粗糙、增厚,肉眼观察到不同大小红斑,局部有小颗粒隆起,毛孔增大,有黑色物质堵塞毛孔。组织切片观察:A组皮肤组织结构完整,B、C组皮肤组织肥厚、角质化,皮肤组织结构改变。结论煤焦油用玉米油稀释制备耳痤疮角质化模型的方法有效。Objective To reconstruct rabbit ear acne by coal tar. Methods 9 male rabbits were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C. A group of ear catheter about 2 cm × 2 cm range of saline,B,C coal tar,continuous coating 14 d,to determine whether the model is successful. Results The rabbit ears were thin and white in group B,group B and group C were rough and thickened. The erythema was observed in the same way. There was a small granule uplift and the pores were enlarged. Tissue biopsy: Group A skin tissue structure integrity,B,C group skin tissue hypertrophy,keratinization,skin tissue structure changes. ConclusionThe method of preparing keratinization model of ear acne with corn oil with corn oil is effective.
