摘 要:目前,我国重金属水环境污染问题已突显,水环境中重金属的监测显得尤为重要,其监测数据的精度是至关重要。为保证重金属水质在线分析仪监测精度,简要介绍基本原理,重点论述重金属水质在线分析仪的比测,以总铁为例重点描述精密度、准确度、直线性、检出限和实际水样对比等指标比测要求和流程,并按要求对张桥水质自动站的重金属分析仪表进行比测,各种指标测试均合格后投入生产使用。分析总结重金属分析仪器应用情况,以及在引江济太调水中所发挥的作用。深入学习并分析研究其工作原理、测试流程及试剂配方等相关技术,为进一步的研究奠定基础。At present, the problem of heavy metal water pollution has been highlighted. The monitoring of heavy metals in water environment is particularly important. The accuracy of its monitoring data is essential. In order to ensure the monitoring accuracy of heavy metal water quality on-line analyzer, the article briefly introduces the basic principle, mainly discusses the comparison of heavy metal water quality on-line analyzer. Taking an example of total iron, it mainly discusses the test requirements and procedures of the index of precision, accuracy, linearity, detection limit and actual water sample. According to the requirements, it carries out comparison for the heavy metal analysis instruments in Zhangqiao water quality automatic station. The instruments can put into operation use after a variety of tested indicators are qualified. The article analyzes and summarizes the application of heavy metal analysis equipment, as well as the role playing in the water diversion from Yangtze River to Taihu Lake. It in-depth studys and analyzes its working principle, test procedures and reagent formulations and other related technologies, lays the foundation for further research.
