华南山地丘陵典型区域土地整治潜力调查与评价研究

摘　　要：为对华南山地丘陵典型区域土地整治潜力进行调查与评价研究,以连州市作为研究区域,针对连州市耕地整治、其它宜耕农用地整治、城镇工矿建设用地整治、土地复垦和宜耕后备土地资源开发等类型的土地整治潜力,进行了调查和评价。结果显示,研究区域内土地整治潜力总规模为36680.73公顷,其中耕地整治规模有32722.08公顷,其他宜耕农用地整治规模有2550.87公顷,城镇工矿建设用地整治规模有412.91公顷,土地复垦规模有283.69公顷,宜耕后备土地资源开发规模有641.95公顷。整治后可补充耕地面积总量有3018.33公顷,耕地整治可补充耕地261.41公顷,其他宜耕农用地整治后可补充耕地2215.20公顷,城镇工矿建设用地整治后可补充耕地面积52.56公顷,土地复垦可补充耕地面积64.45公顷,宜耕后备土地资源开发可补充耕地面积424.71公顷。通过整治可大大提高研究区域土地的节约利用水平,有利于解决人地矛盾,充分满足经济和社会发展对土地整治的需求。In order to evaluation and investigation of the land rearrangement potential of the mountainous and hilly typical areas in South China, Lianzhou as a study area, the land rearrangement potential of the study area was investigated and evaluated. The evaluation and investigation were focused on arable land, the other arable agricultural land, the urban industrial construction land, land reclamation and reserve arable land resources development. The results showed that, the land rearrangement potential total size of the study area was 36,680.73 hectares. Among that, the size of arable land was 32,722.08 hectares, arable agricultural land was 2550.87 hectares, the urban industrial construction land was 412.91 hectares, the land reclamation was 283.69 hectares, and the arable reserve land resources was 641.95 hectares. 3018.33 hectares arable land can be added after the rearrangement, in these, the arable land rearrangement can add 261.41 hectares, theother arable agricultural land rearrangement can add 2215.20 hectares, the urban industrial construction land rearrangement can add 52.56 hectares, the land reclamation can add 64.45 hectares, and the arable reserve land resources development can add 424.71 hectares. The land rearrangement can greatly improve the saving of the study area land utilization level, help to solve the contradiction between people and land, to fully meet the needs of economic and social development of land remediation.
