摘  要:通过水热法制备了系列具有可见光催化活性的Ni^(2+)掺杂Cd_(0.3)In_2S_4-Zn_(0.7)In_2S_4光催化剂,采用XRD、UV-Vis、SPS和SEM等分析手段对上述催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,Ni^(2+)掺杂后的催化剂具有良好的晶型、结构以及可见光吸收能力。考察Ni^(2+)掺杂量对分解H2S制氢性能的影响,实验结果表明,Ni(5wt%)-Cd_(0.3)In_2S_4/Zn_(0.7)In_2S_4表现出最佳的分解H_2S制氢性能,产氢速率可达3319μmol/(h·g)。A series of Ni(X)-Cd0.3In2S4/Zn0.7In2S4 photocatalysts with photocatalytic activity under visible light has been synthesized by hydrother- real method. The physical and photophysical properties of the Ni(X)-Cd0.3In2S4/Zn0.7In2S4 photocatalysts are characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectrum, surface photo-voltage spectroscopy (SPS) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The characterization results demon- strate that the prepared photoeatalysts have good crystal form, structure and absorptivity of visible light. The Ni(X)-Cd0.3In2S4/Zn0.7In2S4 series photocatalysts are used in the photodecomposition of H2S to produce H2. The results indicate that the photocatalyst of Ni(5wt%)-Cd0.3In2S4/Zn0.7In2S4 exhibits the high- est photocatalytic activity with a H2 evolution rate of 3319μmol/(h·g) under visible light irradiation.
