摘　　要：针对近年来新提出的生活垃圾资源化处理,制成垃圾衍生燃料(RDF),垃圾破碎是其中的一个重要环节。提出采用剪切式单辊破碎机破碎生活垃圾,首先分析了该破碎机的工作原理,并根据生活垃圾的特点,介绍了其基本结构和破碎过程,最后分析了刀粒的受力情况,并根据破碎粒度要求设计了固定颚板新型结构,具有实际应用价值。According to the idea proposed in recent years that household garbage was processed so as to form RDF （refuse derived fuel）, the shredding of garbage in one of the important links. In the paper, the shearing-typed single-roll shredder was proposed to shear the household garbage. First, the working principle of the shredder was analyzed; and then its basic structure and shredding process were introduced according to the features of household garbage; finally, the stress state of the knife grain was analyzed, and then new structure with fixed jaw panel was designed according to the requirement of shredding grain size, which was of actual application value.
