摘  要:收集西宁市野生动物园的雪豹粪便及西宁市宠物交易市场的新鲜犬粪便,获取犬弓首蛔虫卵和狮弓蛔虫卵,采用普通生物显微镜和扫描电镜,比较两种虫卵的外壳表层结构。结果表明,狮弓蛔虫卵外壳表层有许多脊状突起,但突起线不是严格的网状连接。与虫体内虫卵比较,粪便中的犬弓首蛔虫卵网状外膜更加成型规则,这种结构可能有利于虫卵吸附于容器壁。In this study,we collected snow leopard feces from the wild zoo and dog feces from pet marker in Xining city and performed the morphological identification of Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonine eggs on the basis of light and scanning electron microscopic(SEM) observations.Using SEM,we were able to differentiate T.canis eggs from T.leonine eggs based on their respective characteristic surface structures.T.leonine eggshell surface has many minor ridges,but protruding lines is not strictly a mesh connection.And the surface pitting from feces in T.canis is more regular than that from female worms.This structure may be conductive to the egg adsorption on the wall of the container.
