摘　　要：为了了解浙江省内肉牛肉羊养殖现状和存在的问题,通过发放调查问卷、电话咨询、实地考察等方法,系统分析了近年浙江省肉牛肉羊存栏量、出栏量、肉品产量及产值等情况,提出了发展牛羊肉产业的意义及措施。This study was conducted to investigate the situation and existing problems of beef cattle and sheep industry in Zhejiang Province.Questionnaires,telephone consultation,investigation method methods were used to analyze the beef and sheep herds,slaughter amount,meat yield and output value in Zhejiang Province,and the significance and measures for the development of ruminant industry were put forward.
