摘 要:目的探讨3D打印技术在脑干肿瘤切除手术中的临床应用效果。方法选取沈阳军区总医院2016年4-8月收治的3例脑肿瘤患者为研究对象,术前根据患者的CTA和MRI影像行3D解剖模型重建,结合打印模型行肿瘤切除手术,并观察其手术治疗效果。结果本组3例患者均顺利完成手术,术后恢复良好,并发症较少,肿瘤切除较完全。结论 3D打印技术在脑干肿瘤手术中可以起到明显的指导作用,能有效减少对术区重要血管及结构的损伤,并减少术后并发症。Objective To explore the clinical guidance value of 3D printing technique in the surgical treatment of brain stem tumor.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 3 patients with brain stem tumor who were admitted from April to August 2016. The 3D reconstructions of anatomical models according to the CTA and MRI were accomplished before the operation. Complete the surgery by reference of the printed model and observe the effect of surgical treatment. Results All of the three surgeries completed successfully. All patients were postoperatively well recovered with few complications. Postoperative review showed that the tumors were completely removed and at present the 3 patients were constantly followed up. Conclusion The 3D printing technology plays a significant role in guiding the brain stem tumor surgery. It can also effectively reduce the injury of important blood vessels and structural in the operation area and decrease the postoperative complications.
