摘　　要：目的探讨保留自主呼吸喉罩全麻在糖尿病足手术中的应用效果。方法选取需行糖尿病足手术治疗的患者98例,使用保留自主呼吸喉罩全麻,记录患者麻醉诱导前(T_0)、诱导后(T_1)、喉罩插入即刻(T_2)、喉罩插入后5 min(T_3)、喉罩拔除即刻(T_4)、喉罩拔除后5 min(T_5)的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、呼吸(RR)、呼气末二氧化碳分压(P_(ET)CO_2)及血氧饱和度(SpO_2),观察患者的苏醒时间,术中不良反应及术后并发症。结果 T_0~T_5各时间点MAP、HR、RR、P_(ET)CO_2及Sp O2的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者术后苏醒时间(10.8±1.9)min,术中未见不良反应。结论保留自主呼吸喉罩全麻对患者生命体征影响小,苏醒快速,术中未见不良反应,适用于各类糖尿病足手术。Objective To explore the effect of laryngeal mask general anesthesia in spontaneous respiration for patients with diabetic foot surgery. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 98 patients who underwent surgical treatment using the laryngeal mask general anesthesia in spontaneous respiration. Clincal datas such as before anesthesia induction（ TO ）, after anesthesia induction （T1）, laryngeal mask inserting instant（ T2 ） ,5 minutes after laryngeal mask inserting（ T3 ）, laryngeal mask pulling up instant（ T4 ） and 5 minutes after laryngeal mask pulling up （ T5 ）, patients＇ mean arterial pressure （ MAP）, heart rate （ HR ）, respiration （ RR）, partial pressure of carbon dioxide in endexpiratory gas （PETCO2）and oxyhemoglobin saturation（ SpO2）were recorded. Patients＇ awakening time,intraop- erative adverse reactions and postoperative complications were observed. Results Patients＇ MAP, HR, RR, PET CO2 and SpO2 in each time point（ T0-T5 ） had no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Patients＇ awakening time was （ 10. 8±1.9 ） minutes. Conclusion The laryngeal mask general anesthesia in spontaneous respiration has little impact on vital signs of patients, patients wakes up quickly without adverse reactions and is adapt to various diabetic foot surgeries.
