摘　　要：在我国战略性新兴产业发展过程中,除了存在融资难问题之外,还存在着金融资源错配问题。金融资源错配主要体现在两个方面:银行体系和资本市场由于体制原因导致的融资体制错配;由于产业间发展不平衡而导致资金主要集中于少数产业的融资产业错配。基于我国战略性新兴产业所面临的金融资源错配问题,文章提出完善多层次资本市场,发挥创业板作用;建立战略性新兴产业信息平台,指导资金流向;建立规范的担保体系,为战略性新兴产业融资提供支持等建议。In the process of the development of China＇ s strategic emerging industries, in addition to the prob- lem of financing difficulties, there is also the problem of financial resources mismatch. The mismatch of financial re- sources is mainly reflected in two aspects：banking system and capital market due to institutional reasons leading to the mismatch of the financing system ; due to the uneven development of the industry leading to the fund mainly con- centrated in a small number of industries financing industry mismatch. Based on the problems faced by China＇ s strategic emerging industries, recommendations are as follows ： perfect multi - level capital market, play the role of the GEM;establish strategic emerging industry information platform to guide the flow of funds;establish a standard- ized security system to provide support for strategic emerging industries.
