摘　　要：资本形成能力是经济增长的重要驱动力,但资本形成能力于经济增长的关联并非一成不变。人口结构、产业结构、创新机制、技术水平等都进入了新的阶段,资本形成能力的作用机制也必然发生重要变化,资本形成能力与经济发展阶段的适配性需要不断检验。Capital formation ability is an important driving force of economic growth;however, the relationship between capital formation and economic growth is not static. Population structure, industrial structure, innovation mechanism, and technology level have entered a new stage ; mechanism of capital formation capacity will have an im- portant change,the capital formation ability and the suitability of economic development stages needs to be tested continuously.
