运动疗法对左心室射血分数保留的心力衰竭的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察运动疗法对改善左心室射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFPEF)的疗效。方法选取HFPEF患者82例,随机分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=40),对照组给予HFPEF常规治疗,观察组加用运动疗法,每天约20 min左右,6个月后比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗6个月后,两组患者的血压、LVEF、BNP水平、6MWT及明尼苏达生活评分均明显优于治疗前,且观察组患者的血压、LVEF、BNP水平、6MWT及明尼苏达生活评分均明显优于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,观察组患者的心功能等级情况均优于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组患者心功能等级情况与治疗前比较,差异不明显(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组患者心功能等级情况明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法能改善HFPEF患者的心功能,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of kinetotherapy on heart failure patients with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction. Methods Eighty-two cases of heart failure patients with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction were selected and randomly divided into control group （n=42） and observation group （n=40）. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group received kinetotherapy for 20 minutes per day on the basis of control group. The clinical effect after treated for six months of two groups were compared. Results Six months after the treatment, the blood pressure, the levels of LVEF and BNP, 6MWT and the quality of life score of Minnesota of two groups were better than those before the treatment; and the blood pressure, the levels of LVEF and BNP, 6MWT and the quality of life score of Minnesota of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Six months after the treatment, the cardiac function level of the observation group was better than that before the treatment, and the cardiac function level of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference on cardiac function level of the control group between before the treatment and six months after the treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The kinetotherapy on heart failure patients with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction can improve the patients cardiac function and living quality.
