摘　　要：目的探讨无创呼吸机在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发呼吸衰竭中的应用效果。方法将老年COPD并发呼吸衰竭患者120例进行随机分组,对照组(n=60)行常规综合治疗治疗组(n=60)则在常规综合治疗基础上加用无创呼吸机,对比两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率、住院时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机在老年COPD并发呼吸衰竭中的应用效果确切,能显著改善患者临床症状治疗有效率高,有借鉴意义。Objective To discuss the application effect of non-invasive ventilator on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） complicated with respiratory failure. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of elderly patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group （n=60） underwent routine comprehensive treatment, while the treatment group （n=60） on the basis of conventional treatment added noninvasive ventilator, then the curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and length of hospital stays in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of non-invasive ventilator on elderly patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure is exact and can significantly improve patients＇ clinical symptoms with high effective rate, which can be used for reference.
