摘　　要：基于人工免疫原理提出了一种残次品的检测方法,能快速识别已知产品残次类型,并能对未知残次品类型进行耐受学习,使得成熟检测器数量越来越多,识别能力也随之增强;另外分析了算法性能,并给出了解决方法。设计了三组仿真实验,实验证明该方法的残次品识别率较高。该方法无需购买其他设备,是一种廉价、高效的识别方法。In this paper,the use of artificial immune principle proposed method for detecting defective products,the method can quickly identify known types of defective products,defective products and to the unknown type of learning tolerance,so that an increasing number of mature detector,recognition also increases;Also this paper analyzes the performance of the algorithm,and gives a solution.Designed three simulation experiments prove defective products high recognition rate of the method;the method does not require the purchase of other equipment,it is an inexpensive and efficient method of identification.
