基于协同发展的京津冀区域商贸物流基地建设规划探析

摘　　要：分析京津冀地区商贸物流服务业在协同发展过程中面临的机遇及区位优势,构建以"物流枢纽节点-物流园区-专业物流项目"为主要形式的京津冀区域商贸物流基地功能集聚布局体系,并提出临港临空商贸物流基地的仓储、中转、配送、货代、展览等物流业务模块的设计思路,使本地区的物流资源整合决策更加具体化、本土化,为培育京津冀地区商贸物流业新的"供给侧"提供理论支撑。After the analysis of the facing opportunities and location advantages of the coordinated development of trade and logistics services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the paper establishes the layout system of urbanization function integration in the process of building to ＂logistics hub nodes,logistics park,professional logistics project ＂ as the main form of the trade logistics base in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.At the same time,the paper comes up with the module design idea for the port-surrounding and international airport logistics base in storage,transit,distribution,freight forwarders,exhibitions and other logistics business,which can make a more specific and localized the decision-making of regional logistics resources integrated to provide a theoretical support for cultivating the new trade logistics ＂supply side＂ in Beijing-TianjinHebei region.
