摘 要:以某大桥主墩承台围堰施工为例,探讨了围堰的施工方案,介绍了无底双壁钢套箱围堰的加工、拼装、就位、接高、着床、下沉及水下混凝土封底等施工技术要点与注意事项,实际使用效果表明,在水深13m左右的湖区无底双壁钢套箱围堰起到了水下施工的阻水和模板作用,且具备施工方便、工期短、安全、经济的特点。The construction scheme of the cofferdam for pile caps of main piers of bridge was investigated.The key points and notes concerning the construction technology of the bottomless and double-wall steel boxed cofferdam,such as processing,assembling,positioning,jointing,sinking and bottom sealing by concreting under water,were introduced.The effect in practical application indicates that the bottomless and double-wall steel boxed cofferdam functions as the template that stops water during underwater construction in the lake with a depth of about 13 meters.It has such advantages as convenient construction,short duration,safety and cost efficiency.
