摘　　要：针对企业安全生产标准化评审问题,提出有效性可变模糊评价方法。首先,以评审监督方为视角,从评审目的、评审方案、评审过程、评审结果等4个方面剖析企业安全生产标准化评审有效性影响因素,建立评审有效性评价指标体系;然后,综合运用序关系法和可变模糊集理论,计算评价指标对其标准区间的相对隶属度和综合相对隶属度,构建评审有效性可变模糊评价模型。最后,应用该模型评价某企业安全生产标准化评审活动的有效性。结果表明:评审活动有效性较好(2级),与实际相符,但存在不平衡问题,评审策划编制、评审组的构成和分工、信息整理与分析、评审人员培训、评审绩效分析等方面得分偏低,仍需改进。In this paper, aimed at work safety standardization accreditation, a variable fuzzy evaluation method on the effec- tiveness of enterprise work safety standardization accreditation is proposed. Firstly, in the accreditation supervisors＇ perspective, the factors affecting the effectiveness of enterprise work safety standardization accreditation are analyzed from four aspeels： accreditation purpose, accreditation program, accreditation process and accreditation result, and the index system for evaluation on the effectiveness of accreditation is built. Secondly, the level relative membership degree and comprehensive relative membership degree to standard interval of the indexes are calculated by comprehensively applying ordering relation method and variable fuzzy sets theory, and an variable fuzzy evaluation model on effectiveness of accreditation is constructed. Finally, the model is applied to evaluate the effectiveness of the work safety standardization accreditation activity of one enterprise. The results show that this accreditation activity is evaluated at the second effectiveness level, agreeing with the practice, though there is a problem of imbalance. For example, compiling of the accreditation plan, consisting and division of the accreditation group, arranging and analyzing of the information, training of the accreditation staff and the accreditation achievement analyse get lower scores and they need to be improved.
