摘 要:厌氧消化需要保持在较高甲烷产量的前提下连续产气,本研究使用浸油生物质进行厌氧消化,在最佳厌氧消化实验条件下采用间歇式进料的方式,分别设置在产甲烷初期、最高期、下降期及末期进行投料,考察各个投料阶段对厌氧消化产甲烷的影响。结果表明:比较理想的间歇式进料周期为产甲烷下降期的第35 d,其甲烷产量比添加原料前提高了39.9%,产气总量为3 496.165 m L。Anaerobic digestion needs to generate continuous gas under the premise of high methane yield. In this research, the oily biomass is used for anaerobic digestion, the intermittent feeding way is also adopted, in which the feeding is respectively arranged at the beginning of the methane production, the maximum period, decline period and the end of the feeding and the impacts of different feeding stages on anaerobic digestion methane are examined under the condition of optimum anaerobic digestion experiment. The results show that the thirty - fifth day of methane production is relatively the ideal intermittent feed cycle, its methane production is increased by 39.9 % compared with raw material and the total gas production is 3 496. 165 mL.
