摘　　要：某大型污水处理厂迁建工程中建设的30多公里输水管道大部分采用顶管施工,因工程规模庞大,划分为多个标段同时施工。由于管道沿线上有各种建构筑物、水利设施等需要进行保护,设计单位提前充分考虑了所有标段各种紧急情况下的应对措施以及工程量计算原则,使得施工单位能够及时应对大多数的突发情况,各方对于工程量认定遵循统一原则,为整个工程施工以及参建各方结算的认可节省了大量的时间和精力。More than 30 km pipeline constructed in a large sewage treatment plant relocation project is mostly pipe jacking.Because of the huge size of the project,it was divided into a few tenders which construct simultaneously.Because there were a variety of building structures,irrigation facilities need to be protected on the route of the pipeline,the design units ahead fully considered the response measures and quantities of computing principles in emergency situations of all tenders.This lead to the construction units can handle the emergency situation properly.Everyone has the same opinions about the quantities of the project which saves a lot of time and money for the whole project construction and settlement.
