摘  要:于2016年1月21~23日,以蚌湖为研究区,在高程10~17 m区间,以1 m为落差,设置7个采样带,分别采集7个采样带0~20 cm深度的土壤样品,分析其有机碳含量。结果表明,蚌湖0~20 cm深度土壤有机碳含量具有较为明显的梯度特征,0~10 cm深度土壤有机碳含量最高值出现在高程14~15 m采样点,最低值出现在高程16~17 m采样点,变化范围为6.36~23.32 g/kg;10~20 cm深度土壤有机碳含量最高值出现在高程14~15 m采样点,最低值出现在高程15~16 m采样点,变化范围为4.74~8.88 g/kg;0~10 cm深度土壤有机碳含量比10~20 cm深度土壤有机碳含量的梯度分布更明显。0~10 cm深度土壤有机碳含量与地上生物量显著正相关(p<0.05),与其它因子不相关;10~20 cm深度土壤有机碳含量与土壤含水量显著正相关(p<0.05),与其它因子不相关。In this paper, the Banghu Lake of Poyang wetlands was used as an example to analyze the contents of organic carbon in surface soils. The sampled elevations were from 10 m to 17 m, with a depth of 0-20 cm. The result showed that the gradient change of organic carbon was different between 0-10 cm and 10-20 cm depths. In the soil of 0-10 cm depth, the highest content of organic carbon was in the elevation of 14-15 m, and the lowest content was in the elevation of 16-17 m, the range was 6.36-23.32 g/kg. However, in the soil of 10-20 cm depth, the highest content of organic carbon was in the elevation of 14-15 m, and the lowest content was in the elevation of 15-16 m, the range was 4.74-8.88 g/kg. The correlation of organic carbon, overground biomass, inundation period, and elevation was analyzed by the Pearson method. It was found the correlation of organic carbon in soil of 0-10 cm depth was significant with overground biomass in 0.05 level, but the cor- relation was not significant with any others variants. Similarly, the correlation of organic carbon in soil of 10-20 cm depth was significant with soil moisture content, but was also not significant with any others vari- ants. Thus, it could be concluded the gradient characteristics of the organic carbon in the Banghu marshland of Poyang Lake wetland were driven and controlled by synthetically different factors.
