河南扒村传统村落保护发展规划探索

摘　　要：扒村是中原地区传统村落的一个典型代表,对于研究中原地区村落"堡寨"格局,研究宋、金、元时期北方制瓷业的发展,研究豫中地区传统民居等方面,具有重要价值;在建构和展示豫中地区地域文化体系方面具有不可替代的作用。但目前,扒村面临环境污染,人去屋空,村落衰败,乡土建筑损毁严重,传统烧瓷技艺不能有效传承和发展等问题,本规划结合村落自身特点,将扒村优秀的自然和历史资源进行合理的动态保护,优化产业结构调整、妥善安置新村建设、合理划定保护区划、发展旅游、解决就业、留住原著村民,确保村落能够有机更新、健康发展。Pacun is a typical representative of the traditional villages in the Central Plains area. It has an important value to study the village ＂fort＂pattern in the Central Plains area,the development of North ceramic industry in the Song Dynasty,Jin Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty,and folk houses in the central of Henan. Also,it plays an irreplaceable role in building and showing the culture systems in Henan. But at present,there are some problems such as environmental pollution,villagers＇ outflow,decline of village,vernacular architecture＇s severe damage,and also the traditional skill can＇t be inherited effectively. Combining with the Pacun＇s characteristics,how to protect its excellent natural and traditional resources reasonably and dynamically,to optimize the industrial structure adjustment,to set and build the new village properly,to plan the protection regionalization reasonably,to develop tourist＇s industry,to solve employment＇s problems,to retain the aborigines,and to guarantee its organic update and landable development were explorated.
