摘 要:将橡胶掺量与粒径作为变量,探讨了橡胶颗粒对环氧树脂混凝土力学性能与变形特性的影响。运用等体积代砂的方法,分别以不同砂替代比(5%,10%,15%)对比研究橡胶颗粒不同掺量与不同粒径(平均粒径分别为0.5,1.5,4 mm)对环氧树脂混凝土非标准试件的抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗折强度与变形特性的影响。结果表明:随着橡胶掺量的增加,环氧树脂混凝土各项力学性能均有不同程度的下降,并且随着掺量增加,力学性能下降程度没有呈现增大的趋势;平均粒径在1.5 mm的中粒径橡胶颗粒对力学性能降低程度最小同时变形性能较好。同时通过弯拉试件应变与挠度的测试结果发现:相对于基准对照组的环氧树脂混凝土,橡胶的加入使环氧树脂混凝土破坏时呈现明显的的塑性变形后产生延性破坏,弯曲韧性增强,同时环氧树脂混凝土的弯拉极限应变得到大幅度提高。With the rubber powder content and particle size as variables,the mechanical properties and deformation characteristics of epoxy resin concrete mixed with rubber particles were probed. Using the method of rubber particles replacing the same volume of sand,the compressive strength,splitting strength,flexural strength and the deformation properties were studied respectively by different sand replacement ratio( 5%,10%,15%) and different particle size( the average particle size of 0. 5 mm,1. 5 mm,4. 0 mm). Results showed that with the increase of rubber powder content,the mechanical properties of epoxy resin concrete declined by varying degrees. And with the increase of dosage,mechanical performance degradation degree did not show increasing trends; the mechanical properties decreased by the minimum extent with the diameter rubber particles( average particle size of 1. 5 mm) and its deformation performance was better compared to other two contrasts. The results of strain and deflection test showed that the addition of rubber particles into the epoxy resin concrete turned the destruction into obvious ductile fracture after plastic deformation,and the flexural toughness increased,and also the flexural ultimate strain of the epoxy resin concrete was improved greatly compared to the control specimens.
