摘 要:为了提高建筑围护结构的蓄热能力,降低建筑能耗,开发能够用于建筑围护结构的室温复合石蜡相变陶粒。按照单因素试验法将52号石蜡和液体石蜡加热共融制备复合石蜡相变材料,采用真空吸附法将复合石蜡吸附于页岩陶粒中,分别采用苯丙乳液、环氧树脂、水泥净浆对吸附石蜡的陶粒进行封装,以满足建筑应用。利用差示扫描量热仪、压汞仪、扫描电镜等分别对相变陶粒相变温度、相变潜热、封装效果、吸附率、微观表征和相容性等进行试验测试。结果表明:复合石蜡的相变温度能够涵盖建筑室内、外热环境范围(18~35℃),石蜡通过真空吸附法能够大量吸附进入陶粒内部,吸附率在58%以上,并黏附于陶粒孔隙内壁,具有较好的相容性,相变陶粒的石蜡吸附量主要取决于陶粒中大孔的数量。In order to improve the thermal storage capacity of a building envelope and reduce the energy consumption of the building,the composite paraffin phase change ceramsite at room temperature for building envelopes was developed. For meeting the construction applications No. 52 paraffin and liquid paraffin were melted by the singlefactor testing method. Then the composite paraffin was adsorbed to the shale ceramisite by vacuum adsorption. Finally the ceramicite with adsorbed paraffin was encapsulated by phenylpropyl emulsion,epoxy resin and cement paste respectively. The phase change temperature,phase change latent heat,packaging effect,the adsorption rate,micro characterization and compatibility of the phase change ceramsite were tested by DSC,mercury porosimeter and SEM.The results showed that the composite paraffin's phase change temperature covered the range of interior and outdoor thermal environment( 18 ~ 35 ℃). The ceramsite could adsorb a large number of paraffin by vacuum adsorption. The adsorption rate was over 58%. The paraffin adhered on the pores and on the surface of the ceramsite and had a good compactibility. The amount of phase change ceramsite mainly depends on the pore's number of ceramsite.
