摘 要:针对浙江嘉兴某规模化养猪场沼液水质特点,建立一体式膜生物反应器(MBR)系统,着重考察不同运行状况下系统的长期运行稳定性。结果表明:系统运行效果稳定高效,当进水ρ(氨氮)为462~1 764 mg/L(平均862 mg/L),碳氮比为3.2~0.66(平均1.7)条件下,系统出水ρ(COD)和ρ(氨氮)分别为(241.6±74.8)mg/L和(26.6±29.3)mg/L,满足甚至优于DB 33/593—2005《浙江省畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》。系统总抗生素同步去除效率达80%以上,Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn去除率分别为87.5%、94.1%、92.7%和94.2%。The pilot-scale submerged membrane bioreactor( MBR) process was developed to investigate the stable running performance on treating the digested piggery wastewater from a large-scale piggery farm in Jiaxing,Zhejiang Province. The results showed that the treatment effect of the system was stable and satisfactory. When the influent ammonia nitrogen was 462~ 1 764 mg/L( mean value of 862 mg/L) and COD/TN was 3. 2 ~ 0. 66( mean value of 1. 7),the effluent concentrations of COD and ammonia nitrogen were respectively( 241. 6 ± 74. 8) mg/L and( 26. 6 ± 29. 3) mg/L. Therefore,the system effluent quality was superior to the "Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry Pollutant Discharge Standards in Zhejiang Province"( DB 33/593—2005). Moreover,the synchronous removal performance of heavy metals and antibiotics were efficient with Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn of 87. 5%,94. 1%,92. 7%,94. 2%,respectively,and the whole antibiotics of higher than 80%.
