摘  要:空气微生物是城市生态系统的重要组分,随着城市空气环境恶化以及雾霾污染事件的不断发生,城市空气中微生物的监测研究开始受到高度重视。着重综述了不同城市室内外空气微生物的主要种类,粒径分布特征、浓度分布特征及监测研究方法,并依此提出了以往研究的不足及未来的发展趋势。分子生物学方法将为全面研究城市空气微生物提供有效途径,建议空气微生物污染监测应常态化,并达到实时持续监测的新要求,同时制定有害空气微生物评价体系。Airborne microbes are significant components of the urban ecosystem. With the rapid rise of urban atmospheric air pollution and the continuous appearance of haze on regular basis,the necessity to carry out comprehensive study on airborne microbes attracted considerable attention. In this paper, we reviewed the predominant microflora, size distribution,concentration,as well as the monitoring and research methods of indoor and outdoor air microorganisms in different cities,and then pointed out the deficiencies of previous researches and made suggestions to achieved better understanding of airborne microbes in relation to future studies and development trend. Molecular biology method will provide effective way for comprehensive study of urban air microorganism. Proposal was put on forward normalizing the monitoring of airborne microbial contamination to meet the new requirements of real-time continuous forward on monitoring,and building evaluation system for harmful air microbes.
