摘  要:随着石油产品需求不断增长,中国炼油企业CO2排放量占石油工业比重大幅上升。相较于发达国家,中国炼油企业CO2排放核算起步较晚,尚未形成通用的核算方法及模型,不利于炼油产业节能减排。分析了中国炼油企业碳排放现状,将炼油企业碳排放源分成燃烧排放、工艺排放、间接排放3类,构建了中国炼油企业碳排放估算模型。模型应用结果表明:1 250万t原油加工规模的炼油企业碳排放量为461.118万t,其中工艺排放占比55%,燃烧排放占比38%,间接排放7%。该模型能够快速有效估算炼油企业碳排放量,为相关企业节能降耗提供参考。Currently,the proportion of carbon dioxide emissions for Chinese refining enterprises accounted for the whole oil industry has a substantial increase with the higher demand for petroleum products. No common carbon accounting methods have been built so far in Chinese refinery,compared with developed countries,which means inaccurately carbon emissions in refineries. Based on refinery production process,the integrated carbon dioxide emissions evaluation model of the whole carbon emission sources involving combustion emissions( CE),process emissions( PE) and indirect emissions( IE) was set up. The case study results showed that the total carbon dioxide emissions of petroleum refining enterprise with annual refining capacity of 1. 25 × 107 t was 4. 61 million tons. The carbon dioxide emissions of PE was the highest one,about 55% of the total carbon dioxide emissions,while the share of CE and IE in total carbon dioxide emissions are 38% and 7%,respectively. This model could be used to account carbon emissions rapidly and efficiently for Chinese refining enterprises,so as to provide basis for energy saving and emissions reduction.
