摘　　要：随着我国GLP行业的发展及其与国际接轨的需要,实验室管理及实验数据采集的信息化、网络化的要求日益迫切,供试品管理是GLP评价的源头和关键环节。Dispense模块是Provantis系统用于供试品管理的模块,该模块包含供试品管理的接收、记账、留样、配制和归档等多个流程,能极大地提高供试品管理的科学性、准确性和有效性。本文就Dispense模块的特点、主要流程中的优势以及不足之处进行综述,并展望了Dispense模块在药物非临床评价供试品管理的应用前景。With the development of the field of GLP and as the needs of international standards,the informatization and networking of laboratory management and experimental data collection are increasingly urgent.The management of test article is the starting point and key aspect of GLP evaluation. Dispense module is one module of Provantis system that dedicated to the test article management,which covers multiple processes of test article management including receiving,accounting,retention samples,preparation and archiving,and it can greatly improve the scientificity,accuracy and effectiveness of the test article management. This article reviews the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the main processes of Dispense module,and looks to its application prospect in test article management in non-clinical evaluation of drugs.
