住院患者高血糖质量控制模式的研究进展

摘　　要：伴随高血糖住院患者的逐渐增多,各科医师已逐渐认识到高血糖带来的各种不利影响和良好的血糖质量控制带来的益处,但由于各种因素的影响,导致住院患者高血糖控制难度加大。目前,各科医师已探索出多种血糖质量控制模式,以便于及时发现、科学监测、规范化治疗高血糖。其中,互联网血糖监测系统(IBGMS)在血糖管理团队优化住院患者高血糖质量控制过程中起着桥梁作用。随着IBGMS融入到医院网络系统,专业的血糖管理团队直接对住院高血糖患者进行血糖管理,使得高血糖质量控制变得更加直接、合适、有效、便捷。将来,血糖管理团队与IBGMS的有效结合,不仅能有效管理高血糖住院患者,还能延伸到社区、家庭糖尿病患者。As inpatients with hyperglycemia are gradually increasing. Physicians have come to recognize the various adverse effects of hyperglycemia and the benefits of good glycemic control. However,various factors,result in difficult control of inpatient hyperglycemia. Physicians of different departments have explored a variety of quality control modes of blood sugar,so as to realize easy detection,scientific monitoring,and standardized treatment of hyperglycemia,among which,internet-based glucose monitoring system（IBGMS） plays a bridge role in the blood glucose administrant team’ s efforts to optimize the quality of hyperglycemia of the hospitalized patients. With the IBGMS integrated into the hospital internet system,professional blood glucose administrant team can directly manage the blood glucose of hyperglycemic inpatient,making high blood sugar quality control more straightforward,appropriate,effective and convenient. In the future,the effective combination of the blood glucose administrant team and IBGMS,can not only effectively manage the hospitalized patients,but also reach the diabetic patients in the community and families.
