摘 要:以留守儿童现象为代表的社会帮扶问题,是现阶段我国社会发展中的一个重要课题,关系到整个社会的稳定和可持续发展。文章从技术社会学的视角下审视社会帮扶体系的建构,分析制约社会帮扶问题的社会因素和技术壁垒,探讨了信息技术嵌入农村留守儿童帮扶体系构建的机制模式和实现路径,以期为社会帮扶研究提供一种技术层面的思考和实践范例。The social assisting problem represented by the left - behind children phenomena, is one of the important subjects in the development of society in our country at the present stage. The problem is closely related to the sta- bility and sustainable development of the whole society. From the perspective of sociology of technology, this paper investigates the construction of social assisting system, analyzes the social factors and technological barriers that hinder the solving of the social assisting problems. In the meantime, this paper discusses the constructing mecha- nism model and implementation approach for the information technology embedded assisting system for the rural left - behind children, with the aim to provide some thinkings and practice examples for the research into the social as- sisting problems from the technological level.
