摘　　要：1967年,德国学者Fleickenstein首次提出钙通道阻滞剂(calcium channel blockers,CCB)的概念。CCB是指能选择性地阻滞钙离子经细胞膜上电压依赖性钙通道进入胞内,减少胞内钙离子浓度,从而影响细胞功能的药物。本述评将介绍CCB在心肾疾病中的临床应用基础。In 1967,Fleickenstein,a German scholar,first put forward the concept of calcium channel blockers.Calcium channel blockers affect cellular function by selectively preventing the pass of calcium ions through membrane voltage dependent calcium channels and decreasing intracellular calcium ions concentration.This review will introduce the basis of clinical application of calcium channel blockers in cardio-renal diseases.
