摘　　要：目的:评估双源CT(DSCT)对冠状动脉(冠脉)变异的诊断价值。方法:收集742例DSCT检查的冠脉变异患者的影像资料,分析其形态学特征。结果:冠脉变异包括起源异常135例,走行异常591例,终止异常16例。结论:DSCT能准确显示冠脉变异类型及其解剖细节,可作为常规检查技术用于冠脉变异的筛查。Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of dual-source computed tomography（DSCT）on detecting coronary artery anomalies.Method：A total of 742 cases coronary artery anomalies who underwent DSCT was evaluated and morphological characteristics were analyzed.Result：The coronary artery anomalies included coronary artery origin anomalies（n=135）,anomalies of course（n=591）,anomalies of termination（n=16）.Conclusion：DSCT can accurately display the coronary artery anomalous type and anatomical details,can be used as a routine examination for screening of coronary artery anomalies.
