摘　　要：《赵简子》是即将出版的《清华大学藏战国竹简》(柒)中的一篇,共11支简,除简4、11有残缺外,其他基本完整。原简无序号和篇题,由相对独立的两部分组成,两部分都是对话体,属于语类文献。前一部分是范献子对赵简子的进谏,反映了范献子和赵简子之间的微妙状态。后一部分是赵简子和成鱄的问答,主要阐述了俭、奢与礼以及国家治理之间的辨证关系,对于研究春秋晚期的历史和思想有一定的参考价值。Zhao Jianzi is one book in the Qinghua Daxue Cang Zhanguo Zhujian （qi） [The Warring-States Bamboo Slips Collected in Tsinghua University （seven）] to be published soon. It consisted of 11 slips,except for Slips 4 and 11 are damaged, the other slips are generally well preserved. The original slips did not have order numbers and title, and the original content was composed of two mutually independent parts. Both parts are in the dialogue genre and belong to disclosure form. The first part is the admonishments of Fan Xianzi to Zhao Jianzi, reflecting the subtle status between them. The second part is the dialogue between Zhao Jianzi and Cheng Zhuan, the main contents of which are the dialectical relationships among the frugality and prodigality and the ritual system and state administration, which have reference values for the studies on the history and thoughts in the late Spring-and-Autumn Period.
