摘　　要：目的为提高儿肾康丸的质量,建立特女贞苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-水;色谱柱:Hedera-ODS-2 C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);柱温:25℃;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:224 nm;进样量:10μL。结果特女贞苷在10.73~120.90μg/mL范围内成良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.60%(RSD=2.22%)。结论所采用的方法简便可行,重现性好,定量方法准确可靠。Objective To improve the quality of Ershenkang pill and establish the standard. Methods A HPLC（highperformance liquid chromatography） method was used with Hedera-ODS-2 C_（18） column（4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） and a mobile phase of Methanol-Water. Flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,column temperature was 25 ℃,the detection wavelength was 224 nm and sample loop volume was 10 μL. Results The linear relationship of specnuezhenide content was good in the range of 10. 73-120. 90 μg/mL and the average recovery was 98. 60%（RSD = 2. 22%）. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reliable,and has good reproducibility.
