摘  要:春尺蠖核型多角体病毒(AciNPV)在乌兰察布市进行防治试验以来,示范区内标准枝虫口密度平均下降率93%,平均产投比为26.7︰1,效益巨大,共挽回生长量63 200 m^3,折合人民币3 160万元。AciNPV制剂防治成本仅为112元/hm^2,防治费比常规化学农药降低46.4%。AciNPV不仅具有短期防治效果,而且具有垂直传播的后效作用。经济效益与生态效益之比约为1︰9,安全可靠,具有极大的经济、生态和社会效益。Abstract:After using AciNPV to prevent and control Apocheima cinerarius Erschoff. in Wulanchabu, the average decrease rate of population density of standard branch is 93%, and the ratio of output to input is 26.7 :1, about 63 200 m3 of growth have been saved, which is equal to 31.6 million RMB. The controlling cost of AciNPV is only 112 Yuan/hm2, and the prevention and control fees with AciNPV can be reduced by 46.4% than the ones with conventional chemical pesticide. AciNPV has a short - term controlling effect and aftereffect of vertical transmis- sion, and the ratio of economical benefit to ecological benefit is 1:9. AciNPV is safe and reliable with great eco- nomical, ecological and social benefits.
