温州道德式风情区项目规划和建筑设计研究

摘　　要：历史文化街区是城市中宝贵的遗产和资源,如何再现其历史风貌,并通过适度有效的开发策略使之重新焕发生命力,是目前城市规划和建设领域研究的重点课题。文章基于历史文化街区在城市发展和更新过程中所具备的特点和价值,以天津市温州道德式风情区项目为例,围绕着该项目在文化、技术及艺术等方面的特色,通过对该项目的立项、规划方案及功能业态调整、外部空间造型的推敲和内部装饰装修风格的塑造等各个实施阶段的演进过程进行研究分析,总结了历史文化街区的更新改造实践经验,即以历史资料为参照,通过内外空间和形象的营造来还原、再现城市的传统风貌和历史情境,同时综合应用技术和艺术手段来协调历史文化与现代功能相适应的矛盾,实现社会、经济、环境等综合价值的重现和提升。Historic blocks in a city are valuable heritages and resources,and how to reproduce its historical features and restore vitality through moderate and effective development is an important topic of the research fields of urban planning and construction at present.Based on the characteristics and value of historical blocks in the process of urban development and renewal,this paper analyzes a project located in German style area at Wenzhou Road in Tianjin around its characteristics of the culture,technology,art and other aspects.It illustrates the process of the following aspects;the adjustment of the project,the adjustment of the planning scheme,modeling of the exterior space and the interior decoration style.It provides practical experience in the renovation of historic blocks,which is based on the historical data as a reference,and creation of inner and outer space as a method to restore the traditional style and historical context of the city,This project also coordinates traditional culture and modern functionality to enhance the social,economical and environmental values of this block through integration of technical and artistic methods.
