摘 要:探讨针刺滤料与其加工工艺的关系.将芳纶针刺非织造布与玻璃纤维机织布进行"三明治"式针刺加固复合,研究不同针刺密度下复合毡的截面形貌、力学性能、透气性和孔径分布和复合毡经过不同温度处理后的孔径分布和尺寸热稳定性.结果表明,针刺密度从300刺/cm^2增加到500刺/cm^2,针刺复合毡中的纤维缠结为先紧密后疏松,强力先增加后降低,透气性先降低后升高,孔径分布先均匀后分散,在针刺密度为400刺/cm^2时复合毡的性能最优.随着处理温度从100℃升高到250℃,400刺/cm^2复合毡的孔径增大,孔径分布先均匀后分散,但热收缩率均为0,耐高温性能优异.In order to develop nonwoven high-temperature resistance filter materials and to investigate the relationship between the needle-punched filter material and its processing technology,aramid fiber needle-punched nonwovens are composited with glass fiber weaving fabrics in the form of "sandwich" type by needle-punched technique,and the cross-section morphology,mechanical property,permeabil-ity,and the pore size distribution of the composite fabrics with different needle-punching densities are studied,and the pore size distribution and thermal stability of the composite fabrics treated by different temperatures are investigated.The results show that with increasing the needle-punching density from 300punches/cm^2 to 500punches/cm^2,entanglement of composite mats became close then loose,strength reduced after increased first,permeability went up after got down first,pore size distribution even then dispersed,and composite mats obtained optimal performance when the needle density was 400punches/cm^2.With the increase of processing temperature from 100℃to 250 ℃,and pore size distribution of composite mats with 400punches/cm^2 showed first even then dispersed pore size increased gradually,but the heat shrinkage rate is 0,indicating excellent high-temperature resistant performance.
